Back 2 Business Partnership 


The Back 2 Business Partnership provides support to businesses located within the Delmar Main Street corridor that have been impacted by vandalism.  Aligned with our mission to reduce crime, revitalize neighborhoods, and bolster economic development along the Delmar corridor, the Back 2 Business partnership offers grants of up to $5,000 (per incident) for temporary window or door board-ups, window or door repairs, graffiti removal, damaged murals, sign repair, gate repair, light repair, and other preventative security measures.

Submission Requirements:
  1. Complete the APPLICATION (required documents - Business w9 including business address, TIN match, and active business registered with Missouri’s Secretary of State)
  2. POLICE REPORT and PICTURES reflecting the vandalism (confirm business address within Delmar Main Street geographic footprint)
  3. REPAIR INVOICE from vendor with RECEIPT of cleared payment (credit card receipt, cleared check image, etc)
